Terms and Conditions for Our Compliance Guarantee

Eligibility Criteria
- The guarantee applies only to pool signs purchased directly from Silux.
- The pool sign must be installed according to the provided instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required to claim the guarantee.

Compliance Standards
- Our signs are guaranteed to meet national safety compliance standards as specified by relevant regulatory bodies.
- Compliance assessment will be based on the regulations in effect at the time of purchase.

Claim Process
- To initiate a claim, contact us at hello@silux.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
- Provide detailed information, including proof of purchase, photos of the installed sign, and a description of the compliance issue.

Verification Process
- Upon receiving a claim, Silux will review the provided documentation and may request additional information or an inspection.
- If necessary, an independent third-party compliance assessor may be engaged to verify the claim.

Resolution
- If the sign is found to be non-compliant, Silux will either replace the sign with a compliant one or issue a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping costs.
- If the sign is determined to be compliant, the claim will be denied, and the customer will be notified.

Exclusions
- The guarantee does not cover signs that have been modified, improperly installed, or subjected to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- Compliance issues arising from changes in regulations after the purchase date are not covered.

Limitation of Liability
- Silux’s liability is limited to the replacement cost of the sign or the refund of the purchase price.
- Silux is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use or installation of the sign.

Amendments
- Silux reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the posting date.
