Silux Signs & Poolside Cushions
Order Adjustments and Cancellations
- Review Before Finalising: Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase — this includes both CPR signs and Poolside Cushions.
- Order Confirmation: Review your order confirmation email as soon as it arrives. If you spot any issues, contact us immediately at hello@silux.com.au.
Order Cancellation:
- Standard Products (Signs or Cushions): Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.
- Custom CPR Signs: Cancellations prior to printing will incur a 25% fee on the custom items’ cost, plus any design fees.
- Once shipped, all cancellations fall under our Change of Mind policy.
Missing Items
Please check your delivery upon arrival to ensure all items — including suction caps, signs, or cushions — are included.
Report any missing components within 30 business days to hello@silux.com.au.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
- Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and email them, along with your order number, to hello@silux.com.au.
- Please keep all original packaging and repackage the item as it was received.
- Await further instructions from our team before returning the item.
- Once returned and verified, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund if the issue is confirmed.
- Definition of Faults: Faults refer to manufacturing defects. Minor fabric creasing, minor fraying, or shape compression from vacuum packaging are not considered faults.
- Condition for Returns: Items (signs and cushions) must be unused and in original condition. Claims must be made within 30 business days of delivery.
Change of Mind
- Custom CPR Signs: Due to their personalised nature, these cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
- Standard CPR Signs & Poolside Cushions: If unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, they may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping).
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 business days of delivery by emailing hello@silux.com.au.
Poolside Cushion Specific Notes
- Poolside Cushions are vacuum-sealed for delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for them to expand to full size. Placing them in a warm, sunny spot can help speed this up.
- Due to the nature of Olefin fabric, always steam using low heat only.
- Creasing, soft shape variation, or minor fraying on arrival is normal and not considered a fault.

Undeliverable Items
It’s the customer’s responsibility to track their order. If an item is returned to us as undeliverable or not collected, a reshipping fee of $16.90 will apply.
