Pool one minute, poolside the next. Halo Cloud goes wherever summer does. It's Silux's first bean bag float, made for the days you never want to get out of the pool.
Low, round and generously sized, Halo Cloud holds its shape with a structured profile instead of the usual elongated lounger shape. Float in it, pull it up poolside, or park it by the fire pit once summer's over.
Please note: Halo Cloud is the cover only. It ships empty and needs bean filling to bring it to life. As shown, Halo Cloud is filled with approx. 500L of bean bag filling (EPS beads, available from Spotlight and other major retailers), around five 100L bags, for its full, structured shape. Available in Sage Stripe, Charcoal Stripe, Beige Stripe, Black Stripe, Navy Stripe and Pink, the same Stripe palette as our Poolside Cushions and Outdoor Pillows, so it's easy to build a matching set across your whole poolside setup.
Made from durable Olefin fabric, each cover is UV-resistant, fade-resistant and water-resistant, finished with heavy-duty YKK zippers built to handle real Aussie summers.
A detachable pillow zips on and off the top, two carry straps on the side wall make it easy to lift in and out of the pool, and a black mesh drainage panel on the base lets water drain away fast. It's black by design, so it keeps looking clean wherever you set it down. The sides and interior stay true to your chosen cover colour throughout.
Halo Cloud comes with its own drawstring storage bag, made from the same fabric as the cover. When the season winds down, unzip and remove the cover for a wash, then pack it away in its matching bag until next summer. The beans stay safely inside the inner mesh liner, ready to store in the garage.

Unpacking Your Halo Cloud
Your cover has been folded for compact and safe transport.
- Unfold the cover and allow it to sit in a well-ventilated area before filling.
- Fold lines are normal and will release once the cover is filled with beans.
Filling Your Halo Cloud
Halo Cloud is the cover only. As shown, Halo Cloud is filled with approx. 500L of bean bag filling (EPS beads, available from Spotlight and other major retailers), around five 100L bags, for its full, structured shape. Prefer it a little softer? As little as 350L (about four bags) will do the job. Bean filling is sold separately.
- Fill the inner mesh liner first, in a small enclosed space such as a bathroom, with windows and doors closed.
- Use a wide-mouth funnel to control the pour and keep loose beans contained.
- Do not use foam filling. Foam absorbs water, becomes heavy, and can affect how the float sits in the pool.
- Once filled, close the child-safe zipper fully using a paper clip or similar through the zipper eyelet.
⚠ Important: Bean filling can be a choking or suffocation hazard. Keep children and pets away while filling, and always supervise children around the float once in use.
Using Your Halo Cloud
- This is not a toy or a life-saving device. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using Halo Cloud in or around water.
- The base drainage panel is black by design, so it keeps looking clean wherever you set it down. The sides and interior stay true to your chosen cover colour throughout.
- Lift Halo Cloud in and out of the pool using the two side carry straps, not the pillow.
Cleaning
- Rinse with fresh water after chlorine or salt water use, and allow to dry thoroughly between uses.
- Remove the outer cover and pillow, and machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle.
- Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Do not bleach or dry clean.
Storage
- Always allow the inner liner and bean filling to dry completely before storing, to help prevent mould and mildew.
- Store out of direct sunlight when not in use for an extended period.
Important Usage Notes
- This product is the cover only. Bean filling is not included and is sold separately.
- This cover is water-resistant, not waterproof, and is not designed to be permanently submerged.
- Damage resulting from misuse or inappropriate use will not be covered under the Silux Quality Guarantee.
