Shipping
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping on all US orders. All duties, taxes and customs charges are
included in our product pricing, so you will never be charged anything additional at
checkout or on delivery. What you see is what you pay.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Estimated delivery to most US
addresses is 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your
location. Remote or rural addresses may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to
US territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please
allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, international shipping can occasionally
be affected by customs processing, carrier delays or high volume periods.
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, please reach out to our
team and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels
once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address,
the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be
eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Because we ship internationally and include all duties, taxes and shipping in our pricing,
a 20% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns. This helps us cover the cost
of international shipping and import handling that was included in your original order.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Items must be returned to our warehouse in Coolum Beach, QLD, Australia.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with
your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund
at no extra cost to you.

Our team will respond with instructions on how to send your item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items that have been used, modified
or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
