  • Our dispatch and delivery partners, including StarShipit and the carriers Australia Post, Aramex and TNT or FedEx, to pick, ship and deliver your order.
  • Retail partners and marketplaces, where you have purchased a Silux product through them, to coordinate fulfilment and delivery.
  • Professional advisers, and government or law enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process personal information outside Australia, primarily in the United States. This includes providers such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and Google. Where we disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
