The Silux Black Friday Sale is one of our biggest events of the year, featuring sitewide discounts of up to 40% OFF across selected collections throughout November 2025.
All offers, discounts, and bonus items are strictly while stocks last and may change or sell out without notice.

Discounts range between 20% and 40% OFF, depending on the product.

Coupon codes cannot be combined with any sale pricing unless explicitly stated.

Pre-Order & Dispatch Timeframes
Please note that some products during the sale are available on pre-order or pre-pre-order.
This information is clearly displayed on each product page at the time of purchase.
Due to the high demand during the sale period:

Standard dispatch times may extend up to 3–4 weeks.

Pre-order items will dispatch according to their stated timelines.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order has left our warehouse.

We are committed to ensuring all orders arrive before Christmas wherever possible, however delays caused by couriers or high seasonal demand are outside our control.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
During the Black Friday sale period, we are unable to accommodate order changes, swaps, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This includes requests to:

Cancel an order due to a change of mind

Combine multiple orders for shipping or apply retroactive discounts
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact hello@silux.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery so our team can assist you under our standard warranty and returns policy.
Please note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind.
Bonus Offers & Competitions
From time to time, Silux may offer limited-time bonus gifts or competitions throughout the Black Friday period.

Bonus gifts are automatically applied to eligible orders and are not exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for credit.
