Silux Refund Policy

Order Adjustments and Cancellations

  • Review Before Finalizing: Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
  • Order Confirmation: Immediately review your order confirmation email to ensure all details are correct. If you notice any errors, contact us at hello@silux.com.au as soon as possible.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund before printing starts. For custom orders, cancellations before printing will incur a 25% fee of the custom items' cost and 100% of any design fees. Standard products can be fully refunded if cancelled before shipping. Post-shipment cancellations are subject to our Change of Mind Policy.


Missing Items

  • Check Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package upon receipt to ensure all items are included. Report any missing items within 30 business days to hello@silux.com.au.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  1. Take clear photos of the damage or error and email them with your order number to hello@silux.com.au.
  2. Retain all packaging and repackage the items as they arrived.
  3. Await further instructions from Silux on returning the items.
  4. Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will arrange for a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
  • Definition of Faults: Faults refer to manufacturing defects, not general wear and tear.
  • Condition for Returns: Items must be returned unused. Claims must be made within 30 business days of delivery.


Change of Mind

  • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom products cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
  • Standard Products: Unused, undamaged standard products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Initiate returns within 30 business days by contacting hello@silux.com.au.

Undeliverable Items

  • Tracking Responsibility: Track your order using the provided details. If your order is returned as undeliverable or uncollected, reshipping will cost $15.00.
